Position: Technical Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.

  • Provide top-tier customer care and technical support for parenting and infant well-being products.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Attend training sessions for product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience.

  • Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and desktop/mobile platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Virtual contact center experience.

  • Familiarity with iOS and Android troubleshooting.

Training:

  • Virtual training starting March 22, 2024, Monday–Friday, 12 pm–7 pm ET.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 12+ years of software development experience

  • AWS platform and services expertise

  • Cloud architecture experience (Lambda, ECS, Fargate, RDS, S3, SQS, Glue, Redshift)

  • DevOps, agile methodologies, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
